Below is a list of frequently asked questions that you may find useful

1. All orders must have signed Order Authorization.

2. All services are Prepaid; Footage will not be sent without payment in full.

3. Refund policy – if not 100% satisfied with the video quality, we will offer you a full refund minus production fees.

4. Invoicing with PayPal, you do not need to have a PayPal account.

5. SpS Team Share back program, 25% online ticket sells at SportsProductionServices.com, returned to school or team organization. Funds reconciled monthly.

6. All full games and produced content achieved for 6 months from date of completion

7. What’s the difference Noncommercial and commercial license use? 

   • Noncommercial means not primarily intended for or directed towards commercial advantage or monetary compensation.

   • Commercial license - This type of licensing grants you the right to use content or images in a manner that is intended for promotional, advertising, commercial, or merchandising purposes.

   • Our normal fee to purchase full commercial rights is $299.

8. Cancellation policy - If your game is cancelled for any reason (bad weather, forfeit, injury, illness, etc.) less than 12 hours before the scheduled shoot time, you will be charged $29.95. We will remain onsite 1 hr for weather delays, at no additional fees.

9. Royalty free music is what we use for all productions. We have purchased a full library of music to use in your video. If you choose to use your own music, we must have a signed permission to produce within your video.
